Santi

Santi is a quirky little boy with a lot of love in his heart: Despite being abandoned by his previous owners he still loves people and gets very excited whenever we enter a room. He is not a boy for giving kisses but instead shows his love by snuggling up to you for a few moments throughout the day and lots of tailwags! The one thing he loves most in life are walks. Whenever taking him on a stroll, Santi will reward his owners with staying right by their side, an untiring ability to walk, and the will to show his best behaviour. He even makes a very good running partner. That's why Santi is - among many other dogs in our rescue - the most favourite dog to walk for some of our volunteers! So if you are into the outdoors and long walks, Santi may be the dog for you! Like most dogs he likes food so we are confident that he would show his efforts in training if he could get some treats in return ;). However, his rough start in life has left Santi a little anxious, especially of large male dogs. We think that he will never really be sociable with some dogs and cats. But if he could be the only one in the right environment - he could be the perfect dog! While Santi may have some issues with other dogs, he certainly makes up for it with his cute expressions, and unique personality. Can you provide Santi with the very special home he is looking for?
